Vanilla quark with fruit salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 100 ml cold milk
  • 1 package Dessert sauce "Vanilla flavour" (without cooking; f. 1/4 l milk)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 Orange
  • 500 g Grapes (e.g. blue and green)
  • 1 small sugar melon (e.g. Galia; approx. 500 g)
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Mix quark, milk, sauce powder and 2 tablespoons of sugar with the hand mixer at highest speed for about 1 minute. Chill for approx. 30 minutes

    Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut out the fillets between the parting skins. Squeeze juice from the parting skins and mix with 1 tablespoon of sugar

    Wash the grapes, cut them in half and possibly remove the seeds. Halve the melon and remove the seeds. Cut out balls from the flesh. Or cut the flesh from the skin and dice. Wash apples, quarter them, remove seeds and cut them into small pieces. Mix all fruit and orange juice. Serve with the vanilla quark. Decorate
