Vanilla ice cream on chocolate sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g Dark chocolate
  • 25 g Coconut oil (e.g. palm oil)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Fresh cream
  • 4 Peach halves (tin)
  • 200 ml Vanilla honey or vanilla ice cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint and icing sugar

Directions

    Break chocolate into pieces. Melt with the coconut oil in a hot water bath

    Arrange the chocolate sauce on 4 plates. Fill crème fraîche into a small freezer bag if necessary, cut off a small corner and spray strips onto the sauce. Or use a spoon to dot the crème fraiche on top. Make a pattern with a skewer

    Arrange the peach halves on the chocolate sauce. Cut off 4 ice cream scoops from the vanilla-honey ice cream and put them into the peaches. Decorate as desired with mint leaves and dust with icing sugar. Serve immediately

    -Simpler still's with ready-made chocolate sauce from the bottle

    -If you do not have an ice cream scoop, you can also cut the ice cream into cubes or use a spoon to remove curls

    -Instead of peaches, the ice cream sometimes tastes delicious

    with a compote of thickened frozen berries
