Mix curd, milk, sauce powder and sweetener with the whisk of the hand mixer to a creamy mixture. Cut open the vanilla pod, scrape out the pulp and stir into the cream.
Cold. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds and form balls with a ball cutter. Wash the grapes, dab dry, halve and, if necessary, remove seeds. Peel oranges so that the white skin is completely removed.
Cut out the fillets between the parting skins. Squeeze juice out of the parting skins and collect it. Wash apples and dab dry, quarter and slice. Mix orange juice and fruit. Put vanilla cream in a bowl.
Serve with fruit salad. Decorate with lemon balm.
