Vanilla-coconut pudding with mango

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 package Pudding powder "Vanilla flavour" (for cooking)
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 can(s) (400 ml) Coconut milk
  • 1 Mango
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Coconut flake

Directions

    Mix pudding powder and sugar, stir with 50 ml milk until smooth. Bring coconut milk and remaining milk to the boil in a saucepan, remove from heat, stir in the pudding powder. Bring to the boil again while stirring and simmer at low heat for about 1 minute

    Cut the mango from the stone, peel it and cut it into slices. Roast grated coconut in a pan without fat. Decorate pudding with mango and grated coconut
