Wash lemon and orange thoroughly, grate dry and peel with a zest ripper. Pour the cherries into a sieve, drain well and collect the juice. Mix the juice and approx. 190 ml water to make 500 ml of liquid
Stir 6 tablespoons of juice, 2 tablespoons of sugar and sauce powder until smooth. Bring the rest of the juice, cinnamon stick, orange and lemon peel and cardamom to the boil, stir in the sauce powder, bring to the boil again and simmer for about 1 minute, stirring continuously. Place in a bowl and chill. Stir several times
Break chocolate into pieces. Stir 6 tbsp. milk, pudding powder and 2 tbsp. sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil in a saucepan, remove from the heat, add the chocolate and dissolve while stirring
Put back on the stove, bring to the boil, stir in the sauce powder, bring to the boil again while stirring and simmer at low heat for about 1 minute. Pour immediately into 4 dessert glasses. Spread a few spoons of punch cherries on top. Serve pudding warm or cold. Add the remaining cherries
