Two kinds of panini

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 150 g stiff sour cream
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 can(s) (185 ml) Tuna
  • 1 TABLESPOON Capers (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 4 Ciabatta buns
  • 100 g Gorgonzola
  • 2 discs (approx. 125 g) cooked ham
  • 30 g Arugula (rocket)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS green pesto (glass)
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    With tuna & egg: Boil eggs hard. Quench, peel and cool. Mix mayonnaise, cream and vinegar. Drain tuna. Dice eggs. Mix everything with capers, season to taste.

    Wash salad, pluck smaller. Cut 2 rolls in half lengthwise. Cover lower halves with salad, spread with tuna fish cream. Press the lid on lightly. Cut into 3 pieces each

    With gorgonzola & ham: Cut cheese into thin slices. Cut ham in half. Wash and drain the arugula. Halve 2 rolls lengthwise.

    Spread the lower halves with pesto. Cover with ham, rocket and cheese. Tighten the lid. Cut into 3 pieces each
