Two kinds of beans with prawns

Ingredients

Servings: 5
  • 1 pack of (300 g) Fèves congelées
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) white beans (e.g. Italian)
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 250 g peeled shrimps
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 4-5 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 untreated lemon

Directions

    Place the broad beans unfrozen in boiling salted water. Cook for about 20 minutes. Rinse white beans and let them drip off. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Drain prawns. Wash and finely chop the parsley

    Drain the broad beans. Heat the oil. Sauté garlic in it. Add whole beans, steam for 3-4 minutes, season. Add parsley.

    Wash lemon hot, cut into slices. Mix the shrimps with the beans. Serve with lemon
