Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 300 g colorful spiral noodles (to B. Tricolore)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 400 g Mushrooms
  • 1 baby onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON butter/margarine
  • 1 str. tbsp. flour
  • 150 g Whipped cream
  • 75 g Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 8 minutes

  2. 2

Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms according to size. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the fat in a large (possibly ovenproof) pan. Brown the mushrooms in it and take them out. Sauté onion in hot frying fat. Sprinkle with flour and sauté briefly. Stir in cream and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms again

  3. 3

Drain the pasta. Mix with the mushrooms. Grate cheese, sprinkle over it and let it melt covered on the stove or open in the preheated oven (electric stove: 225 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: level 4) for 8-10 minutes. Wash and chop parsley. Sprinkle on cheese-noodle pan

  4. 4

Calcium is the building material for our bones. To keep them stable, one should take 900 mg daily. One portion of the cheese-noodle-pan already covers about 1/3 of it
