Turkey strips, rice and raw carrots (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp For 2 persons
  • 7-10 Tbsp :
  • 60 g Natural rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g Turkey escalope
  • 100 g cleaned mushrooms
  • 1 peeled onion
  • 100 g Courgette
  • 4 TSP Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 75 g liquid sour cream
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 1 coated Tsp (5 g) Flour
  • 200 g cleaned carrots
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 75 g cleaned lamb's lettuce
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh herbs

Directions

    Put rice in boiling salted water. Let it swell for about 20 minutes at low heat

    Meanwhile wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Halve or quarter mushrooms depending on size. Halve onion and cut into fine strips, cut courgette into small pieces

    Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the onion, meat and mushrooms over a high heat for 4 minutes, turning them over. Add the zucchini and fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Deglaze with 200 ml water and bring to the boil. Stir cream, mustard and flour until smooth and thicken the sauce. For the raw vegetables grate carrots coarsely. Mix vinegar, pepper, some sweetener and the rest of the oil. Turn carrots and lamb's lettuce in it. Serve everything. Sprinkle with chive rolls
