Turkey strips in onion and rosehip sauce

Ingredients

  • 150 g Wild rice mixture
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 750 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 250 g Turkey filet
  • 200 g colourful onions
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 100 g Rose hip jam
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Dill

Directions

    Cook the rice in boiling salt water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the broccoli and cut it into small florets. Shortly before serving, cook for 5-7 minutes in boiling salted water, seasoned with a little nutmeg. Wash the turkey fillet, dab dry, cut into fine slices. Peel onions, cut into fine slices. Heat oil.

    Sauté meat and onions over a high heat, turning vigorously. Season with salt and pepper. Add jam and stock, bring to the boil briefly. Season again with salt, pepper and vinegar. Serve rice, broccoli and turkey in sauce, garnished with dill
