Turkey steaks with paprika vegetables (diabetics)

Ingredients

  • 40 g Jasmine Rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 (approx. 250 g) cleaned yellow and red peppers
  • 1 small peeled onion
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 2 Turkey steaks (approx. 50 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 30 g Mung bean sprouts
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 TABLESPOON Soy sauce
  • 1/2 small bunch of chives (alternatively chives)

Directions

    Cover the rice and let it swell in 125 ml boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. In the meantime wash the bell peppers and cut them into strips. Finely dice onion. Wash basil, dab dry and remove leaves. Heat the oil.

    Fry the turkey steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and take out. Fry onion and paprika in frying fat. Add tomato paste. Deglaze with 100 ml water, bring to the boil and stir in broth. Fold in sprouts and basil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Wash the chives, dab dry and chop coarsely, except for a few stalks for garnishing. Arrange turkey steaks, rice and vegetables and sprinkle with chives.

    Deglaze with 100 ml water, bring to the boil and stir in broth. Fold in sprouts and basil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce. Wash the chives, dab dry and chop coarsely, except for a few stalks for garnishing. Arrange turkey steaks, rice and vegetables and sprinkle with chives. Garnish with remaining stalks
