Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 large stick of leek (leek; approx. 300 g)
  • 3 Peppers (e.g. red, yellow, orange)
  • 1 medium onion
  • 600-700 g turkey fillet or 3-4 thick turkey escalopes (approx. 160 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 350 ml Gypsy sauce (a. d. bottle)
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 300 g Noodles (e.g. rolled mussels)
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash the leek and peppers. Cut the leek into rings, the paprika into strips. Peel and roughly dice the onion

    Wash the meat briefly and pat dry. Cut the turkey filet into 6-8 thick steaks or cut the cutlets in half. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Place in a greased casserole dish. Spread vegetables over it. Mix gypsy sauce and cream and pour over it. Then bake everything in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 13/4 hours

    Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 1 1-13 minutes or according to package instructions. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Drain the noodles. Sprinkle steaks with parsley. Add the noodles
