Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Onions peel, halve and cut into strips. Wash the cabbage, shake dry and tie the ends together with thread. Grate parmesan finely
Knead minced meat, egg, parmesan and breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper and roll into small balls (approx. 1.5 cm Ø). Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the meatballs for about 5 minutes and take them out.
Sauté onions in it until translucent, add paprika powder. Add potatoes and beans. Deglaze vegetables with stock, add cabbage and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add meatballs to the soup about 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Remove cabbage. Season soup with salt, pepper, paprika powder and nutmeg. Arrange the soup and add sour cream
