Turkey steak with tomato vegetables and cucumber quark

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Turkey steaks (approx. 80 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Giros spice
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 (approx. 120 g) Onions
  • 6 (approx. 360 g) Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons (10 g each) Oil
  • 4 Salad leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon and herbs

Directions

    Sprinkle turkey steaks with giros spice and leave to stand for 30 minutes. In the meantime, wash the cucumber and grate roughly. Peel garlic and chop finely. Stir curd and mineral water until smooth.

    Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Fold in cucumber. Peel onions and cut into rings. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Heat oil in a coated pan and fry the steaks in it for about 8 minutes.

    Remove the meat and keep it warm. Fry the onions in the frying fat until golden brown. Add tomato slices and fry briefly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the lettuce leaves and put them on the plates.

    Arrange the curd cheese, tomato vegetables and meat on top. Garnish with lemon and herbs.
