Turkey steak with tomato & mozzarella

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 small peeled onion
  • 1 (150 g) cleaned tomato
  • 50 g cleaned leaf salad (e.g. frisée and rocket)
  • 1 TEASPOON White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 100 g Turkey escalope
  • 1 washer (20 g) low-fat mozzarella
  • 1-2 stem(s) Basil
  • 1 (60 g) Wholemeal bread roll

Directions

    Chop the onion finely. Wash the tomato, cut in half and cut off a thick slice. Cut the rest of the tomato into pieces. Wash lettuce and pluck smaller. Mix vinegar, 1 tablespoon water, salt and pepper. Whip 1/2 tsp. oil into it. Mix salad dressing with onion and tomato pieces

    Wash the meat and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 1/2 tsp. oil in a pan (with lid). Fry the steak for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Cover with a slice of tomato and mozzarella cheese, cover and continue to fry until the cheese has melted

    Wash the basil, remove the leaves. Arrange steak with salad. Sprinkle with pepper and basil. Eat the bread roll with it.
