Turkey steak with summer vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Garlic clove
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 100 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 (150 g) small zucchini
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Tomato
  • 7-10 Tbsp Thyme and oregano
  • 1 (125 g) small turkey steak
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 1 disc (50 g) Bread

Directions

    Peel the garlic and wash the parsley. Chop both finely and mix with yoghurt. Season dip with salt and pepper

    Clean and wash the zucchini and mushrooms. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and cut into slices. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. Wash and quarter tomatoes, remove seeds if necessary and dice finely. Wash fresh herbs, remove leaves

    Wash the steak and pat dry. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side. Season and take out

    Fry the zucchini and mushrooms in hot frying fat for about 3 minutes. Add tomato and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Add the steak and warm up shortly afterwards. Serve everything. Add bread
