Wash the meat, pat dry and cut into fine strips. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Peel and chop onion
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Brown the meat in it. Brown the onion and mushrooms. Add peas and season. Stir in glass contents, bring to the boil. At low heat approx. 5 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Fry the Rösti on each side over a low heat for approx. 4 minutes
Clean, wash and finely dice the tomato and add to the meat. Arrange everything. Garnish with parsley if desired.
