Turkey gyros with cottage cheese tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 750 g Turkey escalope
  • 3 TSP Gyros spice salt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1⁄2 Cucumber
  • 300 g Cottage cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 600 g Pointed cabbage
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1⁄2 Federation Parsley
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar

Directions

    For the gyros peel onions, halve and cut into strips. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into strips. Mix with onions, seasoning salt and oil. Put it in a cool place for about 1 hour.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the cucumber and grate coarsely. Squeeze the grater well. Mix cottage cheese with cucumber and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Clean and wash the pointed cabbage and cut into fine strips. Knead with 1⁄2 TL salt. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers into strips. Wash and chop parsley.

    Heat a coated pan. Fry the gyros without fat for about 8 minutes. Take out and keep warm. Briefly fry the pointed cabbage in the frying fat. Mix in a bowl with parsley and paprika.

    Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper. Arrange salad with gyros and tzatziki.
