Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 6 small tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of Tabasco
  • 1 Sweet pepper
  • 100 g Turkey or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pork escalope
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 2 wooden skewers

Directions

  1. 1

Wash the tomatoes. Finely dice 4 tomatoes. Peel and halve the onion. Chop one half, halve the rest again. Wash and chop parsley. Mix tomato and onion cubes with ketchup and half parsley. Season to taste with salt and Tabasco

  2. 2

Clean, wash and cut the peppers into large pieces. Halve 2 tomatoes if necessary. Wash the meat, dab dry and chop roughly. Put them on skewers alternately with tomatoes, paprika and onion pieces

  3. 3

Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the skewers for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with flatbread and salsa. Sprinkle with the rest of the parsley

  4. 4

The turkey shashlik is a "slim" snack for the lunch break, e.g. in the office, because it tastes cold and is easy to take away. Pack bread and salsa separately
