Onions peel, in columns cut. Wash the turkey meat, dab dry and cut into large cubes. Put onions and turkey cubes alternately on skewers. Heat oil. Fry the skewers for about 5 minutes, turning them over.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and curry. Add curry ketchup. Serve garnished with tomato and parsley. Small baked rolls taste good with it.
