  • 600 g Strawberries
  • 500 g Raspberries
  • 2 Vanilla beans
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 1 (à 25 g) Bag Gelfix Extra 2:1

    Clean, wash and roughly cut the strawberries into pieces. Sort and clean the raspberries. Weigh 1 kg of fruit. Scrape the pulp from the vanilla pods and put it into a large cooking pot with the pods and fruits.

    Mix the sugar with Gelfix Extra and blend with the fruit. Bring everything to the boil while stirring, boil for at least 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Remove vanilla beans if necessary. Fill jam into clean, hot rinsed twist-off jars, close them and leave them on the lid for about 5 minutes.
