Roast beef rolls with tomato dip

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 6 small corn calves (a.d.glass)
  • 1 Shallot
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed chili
  • 4 discs (50 g each) Roast beef
  • 1 TABLESPOON grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp some lettuce leaves, tomato slices and fresh herbs

Directions

    Cut 2 corn cobs into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Clean, wash, quarter and seed the tomatoes. Finely dice the flesh. Mix prepared ingredients and oil.

    Season with salt and chili. Spread slices of roast beef with mustard. Wrap 1 corn on each side. Serve on some lettuce with tomato slices and herbs.
