Turkey saltimbocca with broccoli

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 150 g baby potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp some basil leaves
  • 1 (approx. 125 g) Turkey escalope
  • 2 thin slices of turkey salami
  • 1 TABLESPOON grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 2 wooden skewers

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes, cover and cook in salted water for about 15 minutes. Wash basil

    Wash the meat, pat dry, tap flatter. Cut in half crosswise and season with pepper and a little salt. Cover with salami, basil and parmesan. Fold over and pin up

    Drain the potatoes. Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the Saltimbocca in it while turning for about 6 minutes. Fry the potatoes for about 5 minutes

    Steam broccoli in little boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain. Serve with Saltimbocca and roast potatoes
