Turkey rolls with cheese cream and salad

Ingredients

  • 75 g paprika-filled olives
  • 200 g Double cream cream cheese with herbs from Provence
  • 2 discs smoked turkey breast (à approx. 50 g)
  • 100 g Frisée salad
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Chop the olives finely, except for 4 pieces. Mix with cream cheese. Spread on the turkey breast slices, roll up firmly and chill. Clean and wash the frisée salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Wash and halve the tomatoes.

    Mix vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Mix salad, tomatoes and marinade and arrange on small plates. Cut turkey rolls into 8 small pieces and place 1/2 olive on each with a wooden skewer
