Wash lettuce, cucumber and radishes. Pluck the lettuce into pieces. Cut cucumber into slices and quarter radishes
Chop onion. Mix vinegar, some water, salt, pepper, sweetener, half onion and 1 teaspoon of oil. Mix prepared salad ingredients, corn and marinade
Wash the turkey escalopes, dab dry and cut into cubes. Mix flour, herbs, salt and pepper. Turn turkey cubes in it. Heat 1 tsp. oil. Fry the turkey cubes for 5-6 minutes while turning them golden brown
Take out the meat. Sauté the remaining onion cubes in the frying fat. Add tomatoes and fry briefly. Season to taste with salt and possibly chilli. Arrange the nuggets with the salad and the tomatoes
