Turkey-mushroom ragout with noodles

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 50 g cleaned mushrooms
  • 1 small peeled onion
  • 125 g Turkey Breast
  • 1 washer (15 g) lean raw ham
  • 100 g green beans (e.g. TK)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 40 g ribbon noodles
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Oil
  • 100 g chunky tomatoes, some thyme (package)
  • 1/2 TEASPOON pickled green peppercorns (glass)

Directions

    Wash and halve the mushrooms. Dice onion. Wash, dry and chop the meat. Cut ham into strips

    Steam the beans covered in a little salt water for 12-15 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes

    Fry the ham and meat in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms and onion. Fry everything for about 3 more minutes. Add tomatoes, thyme and peppercorns, bring to the boil. Season the sauce to taste

    Drain the beans and noodles. Mix both with the sauce
