Turkey medallions with mushrooms

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2-3 stem(s) Oregano
  • 100 g Turkey escalope
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp some lemon juice

Directions

    Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook covered for about 20 minutes

    Cleaning mushrooms, washing them. Peel onions and garlic. Halve mushrooms and onions, chop garlic finely. Wash and chop the tomatoes. Wash the oregano and pluck the leaves. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into 2 medallions

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the medallions for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Remove the medallions

    Sauté onions and garlic in hot frying fat until translucent. Steam mushrooms briefly. Add tomatoes and oregano. Steam everything covered for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and possibly lemon juice

    Add medallions to the mushrooms in the pan and braise briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Quench the potatoes and peel them. Add to the medallions
