Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 Federation curly parsley
  • 750 g Minced turkey (let the butcher turn it)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g Carrots
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 package Gravy

Directions

  1. 1

Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash parsley and chop finely. Put some parsley aside for the carrots. Squeeze the bread roll well. Put the turkey mince in a bowl and knead with the roll, egg, diced onion and parsley.

  2. 2

Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form the dough into a loaf, place it on the fat pan of the oven and brush it with oil. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 45 minutes.

  3. 3

In the meantime, peel and wash the carrots and cut them lengthwise into thin slices with a peeler. Heat the fat in a pot, fry the carrot slices in it and season with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

Add some water, cover and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes. Remove the roast and keep it warm. Deglaze with 3/8 litres of hot water, pour through a sieve, stir in the gravy and bring to the boil.

  5. 5

Season again with salt and pepper if necessary. Arrange the roast with the vegetables on a plate and pour some sauce over the meat slices. Sprinkle parsley over the carrots. Add the rest of the sauce.

  6. 6

Boiled potatoes taste good with it.
