  • 1 Baguette
  • 300 g Turkey breast cold cuts (thinly sliced)
  • 1 can(s) (314 ml) Mandarin Oranges
  • 150 g Cheese rasp, light (15 % fat)
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 200 g Garlic-Yoghurt Dressing
  • 200 g Coleslaw

Directions

    Cut the baguette into quarters and slice horizontally. Cover lower halves with turkey breast, mandarin oranges and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 7 minutes.

    Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Remove the baguette, spread the dressing and coleslaw on the lower halves. Sprinkle with parsley. Place the upper halves on top.
