  • 600 g smoked turkey breast
  • 1 tin(s) (185 g) Tuna fish natural
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley
  • 1 jar (250 g) Salad cream with 40 % low-fat yoghurt
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon wedges

Directions

    Cut turkey breast into 12-16 slices. Drain the tuna. Wash the parsley, pluck the leaves from the stalks. Put something aside for garnishing. Puree fish, salad cream, parsley and lemon juice.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange turkey breast with tuna sauce on plates. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve with ciabatta with olives
