Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large pieces. Clean, wash and finely dice the bell peppers and spring onions or cut them into rings. Heat clarified butter in a pan and fry the meat in it until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper, remove and keep warm. Sauté the vegetables briefly in the frying fat.
Mix paprika pulp, cornstarch and sour cream. Add to the vegetables and bring to the boil briefly. Add the meat and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Tastes good with parsley rice
