Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 stem(s) Mint
  • 500 g Greek cream yoghurt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, cumin

Directions

    Wash 1 cucumber, grate coarsely and squeeze well. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and chop finely. Wash 2 stalks of mint, pluck off leaves and chop finely. Mix cucumber, garlic and 500 g Greek cream yoghurt. Stir in mint and 3 tbsp. olive oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cumin.
