Cook vegetables until crisp, fry garlic in oil, add crabs and vegetables, fill up with 350 ml water, add the sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Fill the tortillas with the vegetable mixture (drain the sauce) and roll them up.
Put it in an ovenproof dish and pour the rest of the vegetables and the sauce over it, sprinkle with the cheese and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
