Raspberry Papaya Jam

Ingredients

  • 450 g Raspberries (preferably deep-frozen)
  • 350 g Papaya (only the pulp is weighed!!!)
  • 150 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 kg Gelling sugar 1:1

Directions

    Cut the papaya in half, remove the seeds, remove the flesh and weigh it. Defrost the raspberries (wash and sort fresh H.). Squeeze the lemon(s) and measure 150ml of juice.

    Add the water to the lemon juice.

    Puree the fruit ingredients in a mixer and add the sugar. Heat the puree in a large pot and let it boil for 4min. Pour into prepared glasses and close the lid tightly.
