Tortelloni with chard, meatballs and red pesto sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g Swiss chard
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 unboiled bratwursts (à approx. 140 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper from the mill
  • 500 g fresh tortelloni filled with ricotta and spinach
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 60 g red pesto

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the chard into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan. Press the sausages into the hot fat as small balls and fry them for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Add chard and fry for another 5 minutes at medium heat. Season with salt and pepper

    In the meantime, prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Mix crème fraîche and pesto. Drain the noodles, add the crème fraîche and pesto mixture to the pan and carefully fold in. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with coarse pepper
