Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Clean and wash the mangetouts. Wash parsley, shake dry and chop finely, except for a few leaves for garnishing.
Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain, quench, drain
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Brown the meat in it in 2 portions. Remove from the pan and season with salt and pepper. Deglaze the frying pan with stock. Bring to the boil, add snow peas and meat. Let simmer for about 3 minutes. Reduce heat. Stir in chopped parsley and cream cheese. Add pasta. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Arrange on a plate. Garnish with parsley
