Tortelloni in herb cream cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 100 g Breakfast bacon (Bacon)
  • 200 g Herb cream cheese
  • 1⁄2 Federation Parsley
  • 500 g fresh tortelloni (filling according to taste; refrigerated shelf)

Directions

    For the pasta, boil 3-4 l salted water. Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Fry bacon in a pan until crispy. Drain on kitchen paper.

    Fry onion and mushrooms in bacon fat for about 4 minutes. Season with pepper. Add 200 ml water and bring to the boil. Melt cream cheese in it while stirring. Wash, chop and stir in parsley.

    Meanwhile cook the tortelloni in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain well. Crumble the bacon, except for 4 slices, into pieces and add to the sauce. Arrange tortelloni with the sauce and bacon slices.
