Cook the tortellini for 12-15 minutes in boiling salted water. Clean and wash spring onions and courgettes. Cut spring onions into rings, zucchini into sticks. Cut sausage diagonally into slices. Peel garlic and press it through the garlic press.
Stir sour cream, salad cream and garlic until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the pasta, chill and let it cool down. Mix the noodles, vegetables and slices of sausage with the salad cream
