Cook the tortellini in boiling salted water for 13-15 minutes (see package instructions)
Peel and finely chop the onion. Cut the ham into large cubes. Fry both in hot oil in a pot. Add tomatoes and juice, chop a little. Bring everything to the boil and boil down for 10-15 minutes until thick. Season with salt and pepper
Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cover and steam in little boiling salted water for about 6 minutes
Drain the tortellini and broccoli and pour the tomato sauce into a greased casserole dish (approx. 30 cm long). Whisk the milk and eggs, season and pour over. Grate cheese and sprinkle over it. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for 30-40 minutes
