Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 TABLESPOON Margarine
  • 1 small onion
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 3/4 l Water
  • 1 Pack of tomato puree
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, oregano
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Broth

Directions

    Heat the margarine in a pot, fry the onion until transparent, add the flour and fry until golden brown. Add the water while stirring constantly until no more lumps are visible. Bring to the boil.

    Add the tomato puree and let the soup boil for 10 minutes. Season to taste.
