Wash the tomatoes and remove the stalk. Cut the tomatoes into thicker slices. Peel the vegetable onion and cut into large cubes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Wash lettuce leaves and drain well.
Arrange lettuce and tomatoes on four plates. Spread onion cubes, spring onion rings and olives on top. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and tomato spice. Gradually add the oil. Pour over the salad and serve
