Tomato pot with ciabatta croutons

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 750 g mixed mince
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 2 can(s) (850 ml each) Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, sugar, dried oregano
  • 200 g Ciabatta

Directions

    Clean or peel, wash and chop the vegetables. Peel and chop garlic. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Vegetables, up to 2 tablespoons L

    Stir in the tomato paste, sweat in. Add tomatoes and juice, chop tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and 2 tsp. oregano. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Dice ciabatta. Fry in 2 tablespoons of hot oil. Sprinkle stew with croutons and the rest of spring onions. Add sour cream.
