Tomato-Paprika-Soup

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 small peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp (e.g. green and yellow)
  • 100 g green beans
  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Tomatoes
  • 1/2-1 TEASPOON Caraway seeds
  • 1 TEASPOON dried. Oregano
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Vegetable broth
  • 150 g Mettwürstchen
  • 7-10 Tbsp or Cabanossi
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp some parsley

Directions

    Peel onions and garlic. Onions divide, in half rings cut. Chop the garlic. Clean, wash and chop the peppers and beans. Peel, wash and chop potatoes

    Heat the oil in a pot. Fry the onions and garlic briefly. Brown the bell peppers, beans and potatoes

    Deglaze with 1/2 l water. Bring to the boil and cook for about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes with juice. Chop a little in the pot. Stir in caraway, oregano and stock. Bring to the boil, cover and cook for another 10 minutes.

    Cut the sausages into slices. Add to the tomato soup and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Season to taste. Arrange and garnish with parsley if necessary
