Ingredients

Servings: 12
  • 3 Bars (à 60 g) Snickers
  • 50 g unsalted peanut kernels
  • 175 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 125 g demerara sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 4 Eggs (size M)
  • 325 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 24 colorful paper forms

Directions

    Roughly chop Snickers. Chop peanuts also coarsely. Cream fat, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in eggs bit by bit. Mix flour and baking powder, add and stir in.

    Stir in milk. Fold in Snickers and peanuts. Place two paper cups in each of the 12 holes of a muffin tin and spread the dough evenly in them. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool on a grid and carefully lift the muffins out of the trays
