Pour chunky tomatoes into a casserole dish (depending on how much sauce you want 1-2 cans) and sprinkle with pizza spice. Place 6 pollack fillets on top, salt and spread with 6 tsp pesto.
Spread sliced tomatoes on top. Grate 6 tablespoons breadcrumbs with 8 tablespoons. Mix cheese (30%), sprinkle over it and then bake for about 45 minutes at 200 degrees convection oven (not preheated).
Goes well with baked potatoes, noodles or rice and a green salad (charge extra for side dishes).
