Tomato-Cucumber-Carpaccio

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber (250 g)
  • 8 Tomatoes
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 package (125 g) Mozzarella
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper

Directions

    Clean, wash and thinly slice the cucumber and tomatoes. Peel garlic and chop finely. Drain mozzarella and cut into small cubes. Wash basil, dab dry, put some leaves aside for garnishing, cut remaining leaves into strips.

    Mix vinegar, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Mix mozzarella and garlic and pour the marinade over it. Arrange cucumber and tomato slices on four plates. Arrange the mozzarella cubes with the marinade on top.

    Sprinkle basil on the cheese and garnish with the basil leaves. Sprinkle some colored pepper over the vegetables. Baguette tastes good with it.
