Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 12-16 cooked shrimps without head and shell (approx. 200 g; fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground chilli or cayenne pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Soy sauce
  • 2-3 stem(s) Coriander or parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chili

Directions

    Rinse the prawns, dab dry. Peel garlic and chop finely. Peel, crush or chop ginger. Wash and quarter tomatoes, remove seeds if necessary.

    Fry the prawns in hot oil while turning for 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Sauté garlic, ginger and chilli in the frying fat. Fry the tomatoes briefly. Add soy sauce and bring to the boil. Season to taste

    Add the prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes. Wash, chop and mix in the herbs. Arrange everything and garnish. Served with: Krupuk (Asian crab chips)
