Ingredients

  • 75 g Low-fat curd
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Salt
  • 150 g Flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and breadcrumbs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Form
  • 600 g Tomatoes
  • 1 potty fresh basil
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Mix curd, milk, oil and salt in a bowl. Mix flour and baking powder, gradually stir into the quark mixture and knead everything into a smooth dough. Grease a quiche tin (25 cm Ø) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Roll out the dough to a circle (26 - 28 cm Ø) and line the mould with it. Sprinkle the dough base with breadcrumbs. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut the tomatoes into slices. Place them in the tin in flakes. Wash the basil, dab dry and cut into fine strips, except for a few leaves for garnishing. Whisk the milk, eggs, salt and pepper and stir in the basil. Pour over the tomatoes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric range: 200 ° C/ gas: level 3) for 40 - 50 minutes. Leave to stand for 5 minutes in the switched off oven. Serve garnished with basil leaves
