Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 package (125 g) Mozzarella balls
  • 1/2 potty Basil
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Garlic vinegar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 100 g black olives

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain mozzarella on a sieve. Wash the basil and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Mix garlic and balsamic vinegar.

    Add oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Arrange tomato slices, mozzarella, basil leaves and olives on plates. Spread vinaigrette over them. Sprinkle with pepper.
