Tomato and mozzarella platter

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 1 package (150 g) Mozzarella
  • 150 g Mortadella
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • some stem(s) Basil
  • 2 discs Toast
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 20 g Butter or margarine

Directions

    Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes. Drain the mozzarella and also cut into slices. Arrange tomatoes, mozzarella and mortadella on a plate. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with oil.

    Pluck the basil from the stems and spread it on top. Remove the crusts from the bread and cut into cubes. Peel garlic and press it through the garlic press. Heat the fat and garlic in a pan and fry the bread cubes in it until golden brown.

    Take out and sprinkle over the salad.
